A small house, on the Blue Heron canal, sits on a large property, but was not large enough for the family of 5. For the addition, a new foundation was poured, the existing one shored up, and most of the framing upgraded from sandwiched plywood to up to code wood framing. In addition to the addition, the house now stands to code.
